De Penthouse Studio is gelegen op de bovenste verdieping in de Diestsestraat, tegenover Kinepolis en vlakbij station Leuven in het nieuwbouw project Tymple Greens. De Penthouse Studio is bereikbaar via lift en trap. De penthouse studio wordt in mei 2025 opgeleverd.
De Penthouse Studio heeft twee terrassen aan de voor- en achterkant met fantastisch uitzicht.
Een badkamer met wastafel, douche en WC.
De keuken is voorzien van kraan en spoelbak, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesgedeelte , combi-magnetron, kookplaat met afzuiging.
De studio is Bijna Energie Neutraal (BEN) met vloerverwarming en - verkoeling en warmtepomp.
De studio wordt, indien gewenst, gemeubileerd opgeleverd met twee persoons bed, bureau, eettafel met stoelen en zithoek.
De Penthouse Studio heeft een eigen berging in de ondergrondse garage en indien gewenst kan er een afgesloten garagebox met eigen laadpaal bij worden gehuurd.

The Penthouse Studio is located on the top floor of Diestsestraat, opposite Kinepolis and near Leuven station in the new Tymple Greens project. The Penthouse Studio is accessible by elevator and stairs. The penthouse studio will be completed in May 2025.
The Penthouse Studio has two terraces at the front and back with fantastic views. A bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combi-microwave, hob with extractor.
The studio is Nearly Energy Neutral (BEN) with underfloor heating and cooling and a heat pump.
The studio can be delivered furnished if desired, with a double bed, desk, dining table with chairs, and seating area.
The Penthouse Studio has its own storage room in the underground garage and, if desired, a closed garage box with its own charging station can be rented.
